Test for a Test | MTV
In Lebanon, despite years of awareness campaigns, breast cancer testing remains critically low as mothers continue to prioritize their children’s future over their own health. When 74.3% of women hadn’t been tested, we realized information wasn’t the issue, priorities were. So instead of addressing mothers as patients, MTV spoke to them as mothers. Students across the country skipped their exams for a day, refusing to take their tests until their mothers took theirs. From classrooms to online schooling platforms, access to grades was replaced with one clear message: take a test for a test. Because a mother’s health should never be the price of her children’s success.
