Nissan Aftersales came to us with a simple challenge: remind people to take better care of their cars and service them regularly. The problem wasn’t awareness. Everyone knows when they should visit a service center. The problem was life. Busy schedules, constant noise, endless distractions, and daily commutes that turn routine maintenance into something easily ignored. So instead of adding more noise, we took it away. We booked blank radio spots during peak commute hours, creating rare moments of silence that forced drivers to listen, not to the radio, but to their own cars. Every unfamiliar rattle, hum, or vibration became impossible to ignore. The silence was then broken with a simple call to action, urging drivers to visit their nearest Nissan service center. Because sometimes, the best way to be heard is to say nothing at all.
